September 1 First day of 30 days of Painting

I knew this first day would be hard but I had to paint and post something or I would have felt defeated. 

I was out of town for the weekend but before I left my sisters this morning I decided to do a couple sketches in her yard. Later this evening when I got home this was the one I finished. 

I think the colors are nice. 

This is a ACEO which is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 it is watercolor on watercolor paper.
